Stencil is created from Ikonics R3 photoresist film which is 3 mil thick. The film allows for small lettering and designs. The recommended pressure is 40 psi. Works great on glass, aluminum, and stainless steel.
The stencils work best on straight-sided surfaces. They can be used on compound curved glasses but will entail patience, the correct size of stencil and skill to apply the stencil without wrinkles.
$15 is the minimum price plus shipping for a stencil. Stencils are NOT priced by the sheet. They are priced by the size, design and quantity.

NOTE: Buyer is responsible for ordering the correct size and orientation of stencil for the project as well as learning the sandblasting process. Reading and following the instructions is very important for the success of the sandblasting. Refunds will not be given for the incorrect size, orientation, or damage to the stencil in the sandblasting process.
